Numinbah Nature Reserve is part of the Mount Warning caldera ituated in the Border ranges of north eastern New South Wales in Australia. The Reserve is part of the Shield Volcano Group of the World Heritage Site Gondwana Rainforests of Australia inscribed in 1986 and added to the Australian National Heritage List in 2007.
The vegetation is primarily sub-tropical rain forest with some wet sclerophyll forest.
On the NSW side of the border it is bounded by private landholdings. It includes an area of escarpment rising to over 1000 metres that forms part of the Queensland/NSW border. It is intended to be a place where the flora and fauna are free from interference from humans, domestic animals and feral pests.
The rare rainforest tree Eucryphia jinksii occurs at Burrigan Point.
